When should I make a reservation?
To secure your spot, it’s advisable to book at least 2–3 weeks before your intended date during the high season, which is May through September. For business outings and private events, reserving a space 4–6 weeks beforehand provides improved availability and allows for personalization time.
What's the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Prioritizing safety, we will propose an alternate date for your rental or issue a complete refund if the captain concludes the weather conditions to be dangerous. We proactively monitor the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your set sail if conditions seem uncertain.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Indeed, bringing your own food and drinks is permissible. We also offer superior catering services that can be adjusted to your tastes. Be aware that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on board.

What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations executed more than 72 hours prior to departure are fully refunded. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours prior lead to a 50% refund. However, cancellations done less than 24 hours before departure are typically nonrefundable, except for when due to unsafe weather or boat malfunctions that are our responsibility.
